Tohaa High Command, true to its doctrine of "Letting others be the ones to fight your wars", quickly recognized the military potential of the Exaltation project for the Chaksa race. As soon as the first tests were successful, the Trident involved itself in the project to ensure a measure of control over its results. Therefore, during the formation process of exalted Chaksa, they are inculcated with the precepts and ideals of the Trident. Through this indoctrination the High Command ensures a constant number of Chaksa recruits that, following their formation period, increase the numbers of Tohaa military forces. Chaksa make excellent light operatives. Their resistance and exceptional physical qualities make them all-terrain troops, able to march without pause, carrying localization biodevices and all the supplies and equipment of a combat force under the worst environmental conditions without complaint. However, it is in the midst of combat where Chaksa Auxiliaries stand out for their bravery and their unbreakable loyalty to the Tohaa cause, fighting to their last breath for those who exalted them to sentience and allowed them win their place on the galactic map.
REFUNDS, EXCHANGES AND DAMAGED GOODS 
Goods missing or damaged due to courier are subject to terms of that courier. D20 Battleground is not responsible for items handed to the courier.
TAKE NOTE: We offer shipping as a courtesy and cannot be held responsible for undelivered, late or damaged deliveries. There is no insurance on packages either. We offer a few options for you to choose from. You are also welcome to arrange your own courier which can collect once you recieve the ready for collection notification. 
We will always endeavour to assist as best as possible to resolve any issues. 

Any other damaged or Faulty goods must be reported within a two-day period of receipt. The products will be exchanged for the same item if indeed found to be damaged / faulty by D20 Battleground. Returns must include its original packaging and all it's original content as applicable on return. If the replacement item is unavailable a credit amount to the value of the returned product will be issued, or a refund on request.

Any item that has been incorrectly sent to you, as a result of our error, may be returned or refunded credit on your account, or a full refund on request. The item will only be accepted if it is returned in an unused and unopened condition. D20 Battleground will pay the return delivery charges of a return if it is a result of our error. In the unlikely event of being charged for an unavailable item of a processed order, D20 Battleground will refund the full amount of that item.

Gift vouchers and in store credit are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

Returns on any item may only be made within seven (7) days of the items purchase. Items must be in the same condition as when purchased and still in original packaging.
