Shipping policy
DELIVERY
D20 Battleground offers a variety of delivery options with varied pricing, and delivery will be made to the address provided on your account detail when order is created. All items purchased from D20 Battleground are made pursuant to agreements with shipping and delivery agents and risk of loss pass from D20 Battleground to such agents upon delivery of any item to such carrier. Currently D20 Battleground only delivers to areas within South Africa. Once Payment has been confirmed, deliveries are usually dispatched on weekdays within a maximum of 72 hours. We do strive to get orders out as soon as possible.
INSURANCE
We do have an option for you to take out insruance on your package. Please opt to use this as there is no insurance cover for packages with our couriers.
PUDO The Courier Guy
Pudo does also do locker to locker which is very convenient to drop off anytime, and you can collect at almost anytime from a Pudo locker near you. There are many of these around now so check the site and see if you have one near you. https://www.pudo.co.za/where-to-find-us.php . We find the locker to locker option is cheap and ideal for boardgames as size does not matter.
DSV supplies us with packaging and we can drop off parcels at any time making it convenient for us to package when open in the evenings or weekends and drop off soon thereafter.
POSTNET to POSTNET
This is one of the options we offer, please note that in order to send orders with Postnet we need to go there during thier operating hours (very inconvenient) and spend a lot of time waiting in ques to hand in the package. Unlike Pudo and DSV where we can drop packages off at almost anytime (very convenient). This means that packages might take longer to send.
STORE COLLECTION
Suitable option for customers that frequent our stores. Any order you place online can be collected at our physical store, which will be ready for collection and in-store payment. Payment can be made via Credit card or Cash in store.
An Order Reference Number will be forwarded for your use when collecting these items.
D20 Grading Guide
'Near Mint (NM)'
Near Mint condition cards show minimal or no wear from play or handling and will have an unmarked surface, crisp corners, and otherwise pristine edges outside of minimal handling. Near Mint condition cards appear 'fresh out of the pack,' with edges and surfaces virtually free from all flaws. '

'Lightly Played (LP)'
Lightly Played condition cards can have slight border or corner wear, or possibly minor scratches. No major defects are present, and there are less than 4 total flaws on the card. Lightly Played condition foils may have slight fading or indications of wear on the card face. '

'Moderately Played (MP)'
Moderately Played condition cards have moderate wear, or flaws apparent to the naked eye. Moderately Played condition cards can show moderate border wear, mild corner wear, water damage, scratches , creases or fading, light dirt buildup, or any combination of these defects. '
'
'Heavily Played (HP)'
Heavily Played condition cards exhibit signs of heavy wear. Heavily Played condition cards may include cards that have significant creasing, folding, severe water damage, heavy whitening, heavy border wear, and /or tearing. '

'Damaged (D)'
Damaged condition cards show obvious tears, bends, or creases that could make the card illegal for tournament play, even when sleeved. Damaged condition cards have massive border wear, possible writing or major inking (ex. white-bordered cards with black-markered front borders), massive corner wear, prevalent scratching, folds, creases or tears.
